How I Work
I understand that opening up can feel difficult, especially when discussing personal thoughts, emotions, or experiences.
My aim is to create a calm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly at your own pace.
Sessions are centred entirely around you as an individual, allowing the space for self-exploration, reflection, emotional processing, and personal growth in a way that feels supportive and manageable.
I believe the therapeutic relationship plays a huge part in the counselling journey, which is why building trust, empathy, and understanding is always at the centre of my approach.
Individual Support
Recognising Every Person’s Experience Is Different
No two people experience life in exactly the same way, which is why counselling should never feel like a “one size fits all” process.
I also understand how experiences linked to ADHD, emotional overwhelm, people pleasing, low self-worth, unhealthy relationship patterns, or feeling constantly “on edge” can impact day-to-day life and emotional wellbeing.
Sessions are always tailored to you as an individual and move at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for you.

A Simple Explanation…
Sometimes counselling terminology can feel confusing or intimidating. This short video explains person-centred counselling in a simple and approachable way, helping you understand how sessions work and what you can expect.

Continued Development
Continuing To Grow Professionally
Alongside person-centred counselling, I am currently continuing my professional development through training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which I will begin offering alongside person-centred counselling upon qualification.
This ongoing learning allows me to continue developing my knowledge and provide supportive, ethical, and compassionate counselling practice.
